1. You get a FREE American Express Card with a GREAT Cash Rewards program. For Gas purchases (ANYWHERE not just Costco) you get 4%/3% Cash Back (4% if you are a business client). Restaurants are 3%/2% and all purchases are a 1% minimum Cash back. This is a great deal. 2. Medications usually cost less. Consumer Reports and other magazines have written articles about their low cost policies for medications. In fact, it is my understanding that some are sold at cost! But again we encourage you to compare against Wall-Mart, etc.
